Vision: Building a Prosperous & Empowered Himachal Pradesh

RS Bali has dedicated his life to eradicating unemployment, a mission that has driven his entire political journey. From organizing large-scale job fairs, known as “Rozgar Melas,” in Nagrota Bagwan to leading the historic “Rozgaar Sangharsh Yatra” with over 15,000 people across Himachal Pradesh, RS Bali has always placed the youth and their future at the heart of his work. His vision is clear: to create a prosperous, self-reliant Himachal Pradesh, focused on empowering the youth through skill development and sustainable industries.

Born on 31 March 1979, RS Bali’s journey in public service began early, inspired by his father, the legendary “Vikas Purush” Shree GS Bali Ji. He completed his education at Dalhousie Public School, DAV School, Kangra, and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Ramaiah College, Bangalore. Following his education, RS Bali returned to Kangra, where he immersed himself in social service, continuing his father’s legacy of serving the people.

RS Bali currently represents Nagrota Bagwan as an MLA, where he carries forward his father’s legacy, having won by a record-breaking margin of over 42,000 votes. His rise to leadership is marked by a relentless commitment to the welfare of his constituents, focusing on job creation, youth empowerment, and economic reforms.

A true people’s leader, RS Bali has also held significant roles, including Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation and Co-Incharge of West Bengal during the 2020 Assembly elections. His work in strengthening youth representation through the Himachal Youth Congress underscores his vision for a brighter, more prosperous Himachal Pradesh.
